In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, product quality and order delivery capabilities are the core competitive advantages for a company’s sustainable development. To further strengthen quality awareness among all employees, eliminate delivery bottlenecks, and rally collective efforts toward improvement, the 2026 Zhejiang Jufeng Quality and Delivery Forum was held as scheduled. All colleagues gathered to discuss quality and explore ways to enhance efficiency.
The forum officially kicked off. In his opening remarks, the moderator noted that product quality and on-time order delivery directly impact the company’s brand reputation and long-term development. The forum aimed to unify the entire workforce’s thinking, identify underlying issues, and foster collaborative improvements—all to propel the company’s steady progress through concrete actions.

Promoting Policy Compliance, Standardizing Management, and Strengthening Quality Controls
The first item on the meeting agenda was the promotion and professional interpretation of quality incident management standards. The presentation provided a detailed explanation of key topics such as the process for handling quality issues, root cause analysis, assignment of responsibility, and closing the loop on corrective actions, clearly outlining the requirements for end-to-end management of quality incidents.
There are established policies and procedures to follow. Through systematic training, we will help everyone master standardized methods for addressing quality issues and firmly establish the work principles of “prompt resolution, thorough rectification, and closed-loop implementation,” thereby eliminating half-hearted responses to problems and management lapses.

Employee Representatives Speak Out: Fulfilling Their Mission Through Their Roles
Quality control and efficient delivery ultimately come down to every individual position. Five frontline employee representatives from the Procurement Department, Machining Shop, Quality Department, Engineering Department, and Warehouse Department took the stage one by one to share their insights.
Drawing on their own roles, everyone addressed issues head-on, engaged in proactive self-reflection, and clearly outlined future work directions and their determination to make improvements. Their attitudes were exemplary, and their implementation plans were well-defined. We hope all colleagues will follow their example—with everyone taking the initiative to commit and ensuring that each person follows through on their actions—to embed strict quality control and delivery assurance into their daily work, turning words into action and achieving tangible results.

Brainstorming and Collaborative Discussion: Pooling Our Wisdom to Find Solutions

Breakout sessions were the core component of this forum. All participants proceeded to designated areas according to their groups to engage in in-depth discussions on two key topics: strengthening the management of quality incidents and reducing defects, as well as improving product quality and enhancing order fulfillment efficiency.
Participants spoke freely, addressing bottlenecks and challenges in their work head-on, actively exchanging ideas, and collaboratively developing practical, actionable optimization plans. Each group assigned a designated person to thoroughly document the issues discussed, improvement suggestions, and implementation plans. The atmosphere at the workshops was lively, with everyone enthusiastically offering suggestions and insights.


This workshop features a fun competition mechanism, with scoring based on the level of engagement in group discussions and the practicality of the outcomes. The winning group will receive exquisite gifts, while the group that finishes last will face a lighthearted interactive “penalty.” This approach fully stimulates everyone’s enthusiasm for participation and makes the workshop more dynamic.

Showcasing Achievements and Sharing Best Practices for Mutual Improvement
At the conclusion of the two-hour workshop, representatives from each group took the stage in turn to share their findings, presenting the issues they had identified, proposed solutions, and plans for implementation. Through the exchange of ideas and mutual learning, a series of practical and feasible improvement plans tailored to the specific context were developed, providing valuable guidance for future optimization efforts.

Leadership Summary and Guidance: Clarifying the Direction for Development
Following the conclusion of the discussion and sharing session, Presidents Feng, Chen, and Yuan took the stage one after another to deliver guiding remarks. The leaders commended the forum’s fruitful outcomes, objectively identified shortcomings in current quality and delivery efforts, and set forth clear requirements and directions for the next phase of work aimed at improving quality and enhancing efficiency.
The leaders emphasized that all employees must face problems head-on and take the initiative to make improvements, remain vigilant about quality at all times, implement multiple measures to ensure order delivery, and work together to drive the company’s high-quality development.
The forum concluded with a summary and mobilization session.
Quality is safeguarded by everyone; delivery is achieved through everyone’s efforts.
Through institutional training, employee presentations, breakout sessions, and the sharing of outcomes, this forum enabled all employees to identify issues, pool ideas, and build consensus. The meeting called on all colleagues to take this forum as a new starting point, put the philosophy of “Quality First, Delivery Fundamental” into practice, translate the solutions developed during the discussions into concrete actions, continuously refine their professional duties, strictly uphold quality standards, and make every effort to accelerate delivery.
